David represents individuals and businesses in dispute resolution through mediation, arbitration and litigation in state and federal courts. He handles a wide array of matters involving corporate, commercial and business law disputes, construction law and disputes, family law and disputes, personal injury and wrongful death claims and product liability claims. He also handles transactional and estate planning matters and proceedings related thereto including wills, trusts, estates, probate, real estate transactions, business planning and entity formation.
David has successfully handled mediation, arbitration and litigation of disputes arising out of construction contracts and construction projects for owners, contractors and subcontractors. He has been recently recognized by Martindale-Hubbell as a top-rated lawyer in construction law for ethical standards and legal ability. He has also successfully handled mediation, arbitration and litigation of corporate, commercial and business disputes including disputes involving commercial businesses and family farm corporations, personal injury and wrongful death claims and divorce and other family matters. David grew up on a farm outside of Hooper, Nebraska.
David along with his wife, Kelly, reside in Fremont as David has for most of the past 40+ years. David enjoys a variety of outdoor activities including hunting, fishing and attending various sporting events.
