Tim joined the law firm in 1996 after having graduated from the University of Nebraska Law School with distinction. He became a partner in 2001. He practices primarily in Dodge County, but also handles cases in the surrounding counties including Washington, Burt, Cuming, Saunders, and Colfax. Tim also maintains a satellite office in Dodge, Nebraska.
Tim has been actively involved with youth sports and hobbies include attending youth sporting events and other school related activities and personal health and fitness activities.
Tim and his wife have been married for over 30 years and have three sons. They are members of St. Patrick’s Catholic Church. He has been an active and engaged member of the community having been elected or appointed to serve as Chairman of multiple Fremont boards. Tim is well respected in the legal community and is ready to meet your diversified legal needs.

- Served on the Nebraska Accountability and Disclosure Commission for 7 years, chairing the same for the last two years.
